Day 1: November 12
Welcome!
Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Sedona is about 2 hours from the airport so you have a couple options. We recommend a shared rental car with other retreaters, but you also have the option to take a shuttle or the bus. Please arrive by 3pm. Once we’ve all arrived in Sedona we have an opening welcome ceremony, have dinner and go out for a sunset hike at Red Rock Crossing.
Day 2: November 13
We are up early to go on an unforgettable Hot Air Balloon Ride finished off by a champagne toast and breakfast. Seal the transformation we have experienced into your very own piece of hand made jewlery. We will be putting our intentions, prayers and manifestations into a Mala created with beads of your choosing. Following this expansive and high level perspective gliding through mother nature. We will end the evening with a sunset hike to the iconic vortex, Cathedral Rock. Get your energy and your camera ready!
Day 3: November 14
We’re taking our morning movement practice outside and onsite. We’re hiking the Bell Rock Trail and landing at one of the well known vortexes. Let’s continue to tap into the Vortexes of Sedona and head to Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park which is a Buddhist Temple for reflection, journaling and time for intention setting. We will have an outdoor dinner overlooking the postcard-worthy landscapes. Come home for a soundbath and guided meditation.
Day 4: November 15
An early wake up will take us to Devil’s Bridge before sunrise. Then, gear up… we’re going off roading. Get ready to explore the gorgeous backcountry of Sedona to some epic views and vortexes. Come home for a relaxing Yin Yoga and Meditation.
Day 5: November 16
On our last morning together we we will go downtown Sedona to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village and you will have the opportunity to shop and sightsee at your leisure. We will meet back up for an optional lunch together. Please plan for your shuttle to depart to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) after lunch.
