The Canadian Rockies has one of the most beautiful, dramatic landscapes in the world. Known for its blue lakes and jagged gray mountain peaks, that become even more alive when the larches turn to their flaming gold in the autumn!
Our women’s group trips provide an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature, while discovering beautiful destinations. The trips provide the ability to share monumental experiences with other inspirational women, allowing you to create a sisterhood you will carry with you for the rest of your life!

*This includes ALL accommodations, meals, transportation, classes, guides, and excursions. All rooms are shared occupancy. You will be responsible for your own flights, and the cost of the flight is NOT included.

Day One: Fly into Calgary International Airport (YYC). Please arrive by 3pm. We will do group pick-up at that time and head to our homebase in Canmore. Once settled in Canmore we will have dinner and go out for a sunset hike at Vermillion Lakes.
Day Two: An early wake up will take us to Moraine Lake before sunrise. After enjoying the spectacular views we will head to Johnston Canyon and hike the short, beautiful hike. We will end our evening with some extra time to relax at our home base after such an early start. We will have a Yin Yoga and Meditation Session.
Day Three: We will take the Banff Gondola up above the mountains for sunrise. We will go to historic, downtown Banff and you will have the opportunity to shop and sightsee at your leisure. We will then head north to the Athabasca Glacier and Icefields. We will do a glacier walk with a guide and walk on the SkyWalk glass bridge.
Day Four: We will have another early morning heading to the famous Lake Louise. Afterward we will hike to the Lake Agnes Teahouse up in the Canadian Rockies tea. We will enjoy an afternoon eating lunch lake-side while soaking int he energy of this beautiful place. While there we will be renting canoes to explore the lake before returning home and enjoying the hot tub!
Day Five: After our relaxing morning, gear up… we’re going to the Mount Norquay via ferrata. Don’t worry this is a very safe activity. Afterward we will head to the Banff Hot Springs for a relaxing soak. Upon return we will have dinner and purposeful journaling.
Day Six: We will depart from our home base in Canmore and head to the Calgary International Airport with an arrival time at the airport TBD depending on the majority of flights. Please try to have your flight leave after 12:30pm if possible.

*Activities may be shuffled around a little depending on weather or other factors.

Please let us know when you sign up for the trip if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can plan accordingly.

Please check the local weather in Banff the week before your flight and pack appropriately. Comfortable hiking shoes will be important. In the unlikely event that there is emergency weather, we will potentially need to cancel some activities. We will make every attempt to reschedule an activity, but this may not always be possible.

-Due to the nature of planning these trips, there are no refunds for ANY cancellations including illness, pandemic, vaccination requirements of countries, etc.
-If WE need to cancel the trip, we will reschedule to a trip in 2023 or 2024 of equal value.
-We recommend that you look into travel insurance to purchase in order to protect your trip in case you need to cancel. We will not cover the cost of travel insurance.
-We are not travel agents nor licensed guides. We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances that happen during the trip. However, we will help you the best we can if something does happen. We highly recommend travel insurance, which you would be responsible for securing independently, at your own cost.
