This trip is all about experiencing the sights and iconic activities that Costa Rica is known for. Part of our Trip will be in the La Fortuna area and the other part will be in the Manual Antonio area on the Pacific coast.

Day 1; March 10

Welcome! Fly into the San Jose, Costa Rica  (SJO). Please plan to arrive by 3pm. A shuttle will be taking us from SJO to the Arenal area. We will have dinner and get settled in with a late night relaxation yoga session and Women’s Circle.

Day 2; March 11

We will be doing some serious adventurous activities including canyoneering down waterfalls and ziplining through the jungle. We will end the day with dinner at Tabacon Hot Springs resort and soak in the hot springs.

Day 3; March 12

We will start the day at Tenorio National Park and hike some epic trails. We will get the view the famous Rio Celeste. We will then head over to the Mistico Hanging Bridges where we can look for jungle animals including tropical birds and sloths!

Day 4; March 13

In the morning, we will transfer via shuttle to the Manuel Antonio area. After getting settled in our new home base we will head to the beach for surfing lessons and/or boogie boarding.

Day 5; March 14

We will spend our morning in the Manuel Antonio National Park. After lunch we will take a horseback ride to some local waterfalls. This evening we can head back to the beach for some rest and relaxation.

Day 6; March 15

Gear up…we’re going white water rafting! We will have plenty of time to swim and explore the jungle. This evening we will do a Mindfulness and Meditation session before packing for the trip back to the airport in the morning.

Day 7; March 16

We will depart from our guesthouse to the internation airport in San Jose, CR (SJO).

*If your flight home is later in the day or you are extending your stay we will still provide transportation to the airport. We are not responsible for any activities beyond drop off at the airport.

Please let us know when you sign up for the trip if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can plan accordingly.

Please check the local weather in Costa Rica the week before your flight and pack appropriately.

Comfortable hiking shoes will be important. In the unlikely event that there is emergency weather, we will potentially need to cancel some activities. We will make every attempt to reschedule an activity, but this may not always be possible.

• Due to the nature of planning these trips, there are no refunds for ANY cancellations including illness, pandemic, vaccination requirements of countries, etc.

• If WE need to cancel the trip, we will reschedule to a trip in 2023 or 2024 of equal value.

• We recommend that you look into travel insurance to purchase in order to protect your trip in case you need to cancel. We will not cover the cost of travel insurance.

• We are not travel agents nor licensed guides. We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances that happen during the trip. However, we will help you the best we can if something does happen. We highly recommend travel insurance, which you would be responsible for securing independently, at your own cost.
